Benjamin successfully earned 21% of the vote with 0.1% of the RINO opposition's budget in a 2020 State Senate Campaign against crony Tallahassee politicians (lead by the bought-and-paid-for by the Senate President controlling a 90million dollar dark money fund). Shortly after the election, false police reports were filed because President Trump retweeted Benjamin twice. Benjamin stood ground for over 2 years against 3 judges in Leon County Criminal Court. "The corruption runs deep in Tallahassee; I was their banker for many years. We are just getting started to clean the cesspool of degeneracy that is clogging our system.
